TERMS OF SERVICEThese commissions are partly for study and practice purposes. It’s my first time doing something like this but I want to practise more and earn some money in the meantime. Thank you for supporting me!If you commission me, you agree to the following:General
Please do not use, upload, or submit any artwork created by me to AI generators, AI training datasets, or similar AI tools.
Please do not provide AI-generated artwork as a reference for your commission.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel it is outside my abilities, conflicts with my boundaries, or I otherwise cannot complete it comfortably.Revisions
Small changes can be requested during the entire process.
You may request up to 3 major changes for free after the sketch process.
Once the artwork is finished and delivered, no further edits or revisions are included.Payment & Refunds
Payment is required in full after the sketch is approved.
Payment methods are: PayPal; Blik.
If the full price of the artwork is much greater than what I normally do, a 50/50 split is acceptable. With 50% being paid after the sketch and the rest later.
Once the sketch has been agreed upon, no refunds are available.Use of the Artwork
You may use the finished artwork for personal purposes unless we agree otherwise.
You may not claim the artwork as your own or resell it as your own artwork.
Please credit me when posting the artwork publicly.
I retain the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio or on my social media unless we agree otherwise beforehand.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
